By accessing or using Zigease, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. If you are using Zigease on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Zigease is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that allows you to build, connect, and automate workflows across third-party services. The platform includes features such as:

• Visual workflow builder for creating automated processes
• Integrations with third-party services via OAuth connections
• Workflow execution, scheduling, and monitoring
• AI-assisted workflow generation and optimization
• Collaboration and team management tools

To use Zigease, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

You agree not to use Zigease to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) through automated workflows
• Overload or interfere with the platform's infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform without permission
• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to or create within Zigease, including workflow configurations, integration data, and any outputs generated by your workflows.

License to Zigease

You grant Zigease a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Data Processing

By connecting third-party services to your workflows, you authorize Zigease to access and process data from those services as necessary to execute your workflows. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data that flows through your workflows.

Zigease connects with third-party services through APIs and OAuth. You acknowledge that:

• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect
• We may need to modify or remove integrations if required by third-party providers

Some features of Zigease may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

The Zigease platform, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Zigease and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zigease and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zigease in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Zigease is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in harmful activities, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Zigease after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
